Rose Walker names Ross Cunningham Partner

DALLAS -- The trial boutique law firm of Rose-Walker, L.L.P., has named Ross Cunningham as a partner.

In his time with Rose-Walker, Mr. Cunningham has acquired significant trial experience on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, particularly in litigation involving complex commercial disputes, aviation services, product liability, construction defects, contracts, personal injury, and intellectual property.

Mr. Cunningham was named a 2005 "Rising Star" in the legal profession by Texas Monthly, and is active in the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He is a graduate of the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. He also received an undergraduate degree in economics from SMU.
