Rose•Walker, L.L.P Adds Attorney Kevin Koudelka

DALLAS - The Dallas trial law firm of Rose•Walker, L.L.P, is announcing that attorney Kevin A. Koudelka is joining the firm as an associate.

Mr. Koudelka is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice will focus on complex litigation and the trial of high-risk cases.  He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, identity theft, trade secrets, trademark and patent infringement. 

“Kevin has been in front of juries, has tried cases to verdict and has had success doing so,” says Rose•Walker Administrative Partner Mike Richardson.  “He’ll make a great addition to our firm.”

Mr. Koudelka’s courtroom successes include the following:

• Defense verdict for a national timber company following multi-week federal wrongful death and gross negligence trial.
• Multiple jury trials for health care providers and physicians resulting in “no negligence” verdicts for clients.
• Verdict in favor of client in catastrophic truck accident.
• Jury trial of premise liability action for national restaurant chain resulting in defense verdict.
• Successful resolution of multiple claims of identity theft for national health care company.

Mr. Koudelka is a 1999 graduate of the South Texas College of Law in Houston.  He did his undergraduate work at the University of Texas in Austin.
