Rose•Walker Adds Two Lawyers to Expanding Trial Practice

Dallas --- The Dallas law firm of Rose•Walker, L.L.P, is announcing the addition of two experienced courtroom attorneys to the firm’s expanding trial practice.

Christopher M. McDowell brings an extensive amount of experience in trade secrets and other intellectual property litigation.  Jennifer Murphy is joining the firm with an extensive background in intellectual property litigation and other commercial litigation. 

Mr. McDowell earned his law degree in 1997 from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, where he was editor-in-chief of The University of Memphis Law Review and won several moot court competitions.  He received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and previously practiced as a partner at Brown McCarroll L.L.P. and Gordon & Rees L.L.P. 

Ms. Murphy previously practiced at a number of Dallas-based firms, most recently Shore Chan Bragalone L.L.P. and Winstead PC.  She also is a former assistant district attorney for Dallas County.  Ms. Murphy earned her law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was managing editor of the SMU Law Review and was national champion in a trial competition sponsored by the Federal Bar Association.  She holds an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University.
