Steve Sanfelippo is a partner in Rose·Walker's Appellate Department. Mr. Sanfelippo is primarily responsible for handling all appellate and insurance coverage matters, and is also heavily involved in trial preparation and dispositive motion practice. Mr. Sanfelippo has had extensive experience in handling all aspects of the appellate process, from the filing of a notice of appeal through oral argument. Rose·Walker's Appellate Department is also instrumental in helping to prepare its clients' cases for trial by, among other things, handling dispositive motion practice, preparing jury charges, and addressing the myriad of other significant case-impacting issues that may arise in any given case.

Appellate practice and civil litigation in a variety of practice areas, including complex commercial matters, aviation, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, and insurance coverage.
