As one of the firm's partners, Mike Richardson brings a level of confidence and tenacity to cases that opposing counsel describe as "unsettling." Due to his extensive trial experience, Mike is able to maintain a streamlined focus on the end objective from the very beginning of a case, which typically results in both cost-effective and extremely favorable settlements for his clients. • Tort - personal injury and wrongful death cases involving commercial and private aircraft disasters, transportation accidents and product liability claims;
• Commercial disputes including breach of contract, tortious interference, defamation, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud;
• Intellectual property including trade secrets, trademark infringement and patent infringement.

Trial Experience:

Mr. Richardson has tried cases in the state and federal courts in Texas and throughout the United States. A significant portion of Mr. Richardson's experience involves cases where the firm has been hired as replacement counsel to turn around a troubled lawsuit.
