• Receipt of unanimous jury verdict for non-profit healthcare facility in defense of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and tortious interference with prospective contractual relations claims.
• Achievement of highly-favorable settlement for major airline in prosecution of breach of contract and fraud claims against a software provider.
• Negotiation of seven-figure settlement on behalf of insured in claim wrongfully denied by E&O insurance carrier.
• Successful resolution and defense of numerous claims alleging wrongful denial of coverage by homeowners insurance carriers.
• Favorable resolution of multiple cases involving ERISA denial of short-term disability benefits, long-term disability benefits, health care claims, and accidental death benefits.
