As an experienced trial lawyer, Kevin Koudelka knows the difficulties that clients face in balancing the risks and rewards of dispute resolution. Taking aim on prompt and successful resolution, Mr. Koudelka focuses on a winning trial strategy from day one.

Mr. Koudelka specializes in complex litigation and trial of high-risk cases. He represents plaintiffs and defendants before state and federal courts in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, identity theft, misappropriation of trade secrets, and trademark and patent infringement. He also represents clients in professional negligence, medical malpractice, aircraft disasters, and catastrophic personal injury matters.

Mr. Koudelka's strong trial experience has lead to many successful verdicts for his clients. He has acted as national trial counsel for an international chemical manufacturer in defense of multiple product liability actions with pro hac vice admissions from coast to coast.
