Marty Rose Again Recognized Among America's Top Lawyers

DALLAS – For the third consecutive year, courtroom veteran Marty Rose of Dallas’ Rose•Walker, L.L.P., has earned a spot among the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America.

Mr. Rose is included in the prestigious listing based on his work in high-stakes litigation in courtrooms across the country. During his legal career spanning more than 30 years, he has helped clients resolve litigation in 47 different states as well as in Europe, Asia and South America. Mr. Rose regularly is called on by private individuals and some of the country’s most recognizable companies in cases involving private aircraft crashes, transportation accidents, product liability claims, breach of contract disputes, fraud claims and intellectual property disputes including those involving trade secrets, and trademark and patent infringement.

Lawdragon is a quarterly print and online publication dedicated to the legal profession. The 500 Leading Lawyers in America will be featured in the Fall 2008 print edition, and is available online at

To select the top attorneys practicing in the U.S. today, Lawdragon's editorial staff conducted extensive research and phoned thousands of legal professionals to solicit their nominations for the country's top lawyers. Fewer than one-tenth of one percent of all lawyers in the U.S. earned a spot on the 2008 listing.

The Lawdragon honor is just the latest recognition for Mr. Rose, who recently was featured in the 2008 Texas Super Lawyers listing of the state’s top attorneys. D CEO magazine profiled him earlier this year as one of Dallas’ top corporate trial lawyers, and the Dallas Business Journal featured him among the city’s top 15 defense lawyers for businesses.
