Tammy Cole
If the trial lawyers at Rose•Walker are very good at being “in front of the camera,” then one reason for that – apart from their own skill and experience – is that they have someone like Tammy Cole “behind the camera” doing the research and developing the legal arguments that will work best with judges and juries.
She’s no stranger to the courtroom either. Often, Tammy will go along for trial because she also does appellate work. And like any good appellate lawyer, she understands that, when done properly, the appeals process begins long before the verdict.
Tammy is of counsel in Rose•Walker's commercial litigation department. She has experience developing litigation strategy for complex commercial cases and incorporates extensive research and exceptional writing and argument skills to distill complex cases into the critical facts. Those are the facts that must be conveyed, within critical deadlines, to the court and client to manage client expectations and produce top results.
