When judges appoint a guardian ad litem — someone who has the legal authority to represent the interests of a child — they need two things: someone they can trust implicitly and someone who can empathize with what a child may be experiencing.

Since 1994, judges in Texas have appointed Lynda Lee Weaver to this role hundreds of times.  They know what we do, that Lynda Lee doesn’t just represent her clients; she knows and cares about them and their families.

Prior to joining Rose•Walker, Lynda Lee spent more than 20 years as a solo practitioner. As a litigator, she has represented individuals and businesses as plaintiffs in a variety of matters including personal injury and commercial claims.
