Ben West has a history of solving problems.
He did so for years, handling intense, complex and emotional situations in the customer service industry.
Problem solving – and wading through things both complex and intense – is still something he does, only now he does it in the courtroom.
An award-winning extemporaneous speaker and writer, Ben credits his ability to create a persuasive argument to his time as editor in chief of the SMU Science & Technology Law Review, and as an apprentice under Bryan Garner, one of the nation’s preeminent legal-writing experts.
Today, Ben brings those skills to bear to help business and aviation clients as a commercial litigation attorney for Rose·Walker, where he manages a variety of complex cases.
